TRAINING WITH COACH JON

What is a personal training session like?

Using your goals and fitness assessment we'll follow a program that I design to prepare your body to move at its best that day. We'll use different techniques such as foam rolling, stretching, breathing drills, activation and/or joint range of motion drills and focus on building a strong foundation. During each session the focus will be to move smoothly, increasing muscle tone, and feeling more in control of your body. Next, we prime your body for exercise using powerful movements, mobility circuits and fully engaging your core. Each movement has a purpose and is specific to building a healthier and more fit you. Now that you're primed, we move into key foundational movements to help you get noticeably stronger, improve your physique and become more lean - all while increasing your body awareness and athletic ability. We cover everything in a detailed workout plan which includes exercise options to do on your own throughout the week.  We also cover nutrition and wellness habits.
