As a Certified Personal Trainer with over ten years of experience, I've cultivated a passion to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. I’ve learned that everybody is truly unique, with their own strengths and limitations. Training at an upscale gym, I’ve worked with a broad group of clientele - from time conscious executives and professionals, to weekend warriors and competitors, to people looking for the next step after physical rehabilitation.

My method is to build a custom plan based on an intelligent movement assessment and a deep understanding of your fitness goals through thoughtful questioning. While designing your fitness journey I take into consideration your current health, schedule and interests. I strive to transform your body to move better, look better and perform better.

With my attention to detail, highly organized nature, a focus on an engaging fitness experience, and always driving to over deliver I can help you achieve higher levels of health. Working together, I aim to help you make more mindful decisions when it comes to your body and health one session at a time.

I began training with Jon in January, 2019.  My original goal was to lose weight, strengthen my core and improve my balance.  Through a well planned workout routine, nutritional tips and encouragement I noticed a difference very quickly. He pushes me to do more than I think I can. I had been working out doing a lot of cardio, but the training with Jon gave me noticeable muscle definition I would never have accomplished on my own.  Not only has he helped me achieve my strength goals but he has built my confidence.
